REASON ONE: our workshops are excellent quality
There is a reason why the majority of our work comes from repeat bookings from schools, and this is because of their very high quality, which we strive to put in every second of every workshop from the planning stage through to the actual delivery in your school, which is totally focussed on pupil learning.
Whether you are looking for a spaceman in your school, a rocket-based science workshop, a new take on your Romans, Victorians, WW1 or WW2 topics, or a unique sporting experience for your pupils, this focus means that we won't just leave pupils with a memory of an exciting day, but also genuine fact-based learning about the chosen subject of the workshop.
"Our WW2 workshop had the children talking about it for weeks afterwards. The quality of writing and work that was produced afterwards was superb."
Miss K Thompson, y3 teacher, Sale
We know that the best way for pupils to learn is to deliver our workshops in a fun and exciting way.
As such, each school workshop is designed from the ground up to include many 'wow!' moments which ensure that learning is brought to life in a truly memorable way, whether that is launching your aeroplane from an electric launcher, powering Stephenson's Rocket, putting out a pretend fire with our WW2 stirrup pump, holding genuine, moon-flown space artefacts, or watching a real-life rocket launch.
"Our rockets workshop was the most enjoyable day ever, which makes me want you to come again when I am in year 6"
y5 pupil, Manchester
REASON TWO: our workshops are great fun
REASON THREE: we are extremely professional
"Thank you again for the day.. the children were all telling the head that it was 'awesome'!"
Miss Groome, y5 teacher, Oldham
All our workshops are planned and delivered by a highly experienced QTS primary teacher who has taught in both state and private schools in every school workshops subject we offer.
With this background, you can expect a very high quality of teaching and excellent, positive behaviour management in an inclusive teaching style.
In addition, from your initial enquiry to the day of your school workshop, you will experience first-hand communication and guidance and compliance with all your admin needs such as discussion about your specific timetable needs, copies of insurance (if required) and of course, production of the all important CRB certificate.
